The Children's Services Collection at the Bay Shore - Brightwaters Public Library contains a wide variety of books and audio/visual material for the youth of the community.  Materials included are reference, fiction, non-fiction books, videos, CD-ROMs, music CDs and cassette tapes, books on tape and cassettes, as well as realia. Four computers are available exclusively for children to use!

    Certain A/V materials from the Children's Collection must be taken out with an adult library card. A child may receive a library card at any age, as long as he/she can write their first and last name!
